We awoke to fantastically blue skies on Monday morning, perfect conditions for a hike up the river!
We rounded up the gang, an international selection of wwoofers from Switzerland, China and UK and some guests, including journalist David Holt and Laughter Yoga teacher Linda LeClerc.
We were of course joined by lively Cosmo who bounded ahead in the Spring sunshine!
We were remarking the trail to the waterfall with orange tape. The path had become somewhat overgrown, so we shifted a few trees and branches as we went and admired the beautiful views.
It was quite a scramble down to the brook.
We enjoyed sights of the waterfall. The water from the brook felt so cool and fresh.
On our way back we even spotted a soaring bald eagle.
A good time was had by all, thanks to Paul for leading the way!
