30+ days before arrival: Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
14–29 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total will be charged (deposit forfeited). Upon request, a gift certificate for the deposit amount can be issued.
Less than 14 days before arrival or no-shows: 100% of the booking total will be charged. Upon request, a gift certificate for up to 50% of the booking total may be issued.
Same-day booking cancellations: Eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Please note: We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
