| Motorcycle Journeys  | Cape Breton is a great destination for motorcyclists. This summer is a time for a big Hogs Rally on July 29th in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Cabot Shores provides a Motorcycle Guesthouse, camping spots or even the four-star chalets and lodge for you, good parking for a range of bikes... For a Harley driver's view of the lodge, go to you tube | Explore the Cliffs  | Cabot Shores/North has a great cliff down to the ocean. A rope makes the descent easy, and Max here is leading his whole family down to the beach. | Downhill Skiing  | A number of guests ski in Zermatt, Switzerland; Park City, Utah; Mt Tremblant Quebec; even Whistler, BC, but they've never before been to a place like Cape Smokey near Ingonish, Cape Breton, where you have a fabulous view of the Bay and Ocean, see eagles' nests as you go up the lift. The lift lines are short, the trails are for skiers and boarders of all abilities. | Cross Country Skiing / Snowshoeing  | Go out the door and you can country ski or snowshoe.
