Nestled amongst the trees, Cabot Shores' 4-star Chalets can accommodate 2 to 8 people. They combine exceptional comfort with a genuine feeling of simplicity and rusticity. Each chalet is characterized by a different roof color and its own specific inside organization and decoration, but they were all created along the same principles:

  • Wide-open spaces with exposed timber for gatherings of groups, friends,  family couples, often for special occasons.
  • Beautiful natural materials & high quality furniture & equipment
  • A direct view on the ocean and easy access to the shore

Each Chalet includes:

  • 2 bedrooms, with a combination of queen, double and twin beds depending on your needs
  • 2 bathrooms
  • A living room with double pull-out futon, armchairs, TV--DVD &VCR
  • A sitting area for quiet reading and tea-time
  • A dining area
  • A fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary pots, dishes and cutlery
  • Ceiling fans and electric heat
  • A covered deck facing the ocean

The chalets are well spaced on the property and off the road and main driveways, to insure tranquility and privacy. But the Lodge, beach and other amenities are just a few minutes away by foot. One of them is barrier free with ramps, roll-in shower.   As the rest of our amenities, they are all 100% non-smoking. Other services and amenities include: some firepits laundry service, and high speed wireless in lodge,  canoe & bike rentals, evening entertainment, tours, guided expeditions, workshops, retreats and wellness services by appointment: acupuncture, massage, yoga, qi gong, meditation...

"Thanks for making our stay at Cabot Shores a memorable event. We thoroughly enjoyed the natural beauty of the surroundings, and found the view of the ocean from our chalet porch each morning and evening a great way to start and end the day. The chalet was comfortable, the meals delicious and the service absolutely superb. Our hikes and short but exhilarating swims reminded us of the special role nature plays in our lives, and the importance of preserving our environment. We complement you on your vision of helping to keep alive the history of the Native people. The Sunday night music event with both Scottish and Mi 'kmaq music and dancing was an eye and ear opening experience we will long remember.

Please give our best to the rest of the Cabot Shores crew. "

"I love the tin roof on the chalet...the sound of the rain hitting the roof...it reminds me of sleeping in my grfandparents' cabin...all eight of us kids...very peaceful..."

“Cabot Shores is a very special place.  We loved building rock sculputures on the beach and finding treasures like lobster buoys and wonderful drift wood. Thank you for keeping and running such an ideal resort”
